My first half marathon

first half marathon
This weekend has been crazy, there has just not been enough time to do anything.
This morning was the Folkestone half marathon, I've been ill the past week and a half so hadn't been able to train. Needless to say I was so worried about running and was worried I wouldn't be able to finish. I had in my head that I'd be able to run 6-7 miles non-stop at the absolute max! The atmosphere was amazing and so many people were cheering the runners on. I could not believe that I ran the whole 13.1 miles, very slowly I might add, but considering I'm still not back to being 100% healthy, it was a shock!
Buckley came along with Jason and my mum for moral support, the whole event was amazing!

Yesterday Laura and I went to Canterbury to find something to wear for Duggan and Nikki's wedding (which was at such a beautiful location!). I dropped some film into Jessops from my noon pinhole, and got my hair cut. We had lunch at Patisserie Valerie - so good!

I'm keeping this pretty short, I'm slowly falling asleep, so apologies for the terrible writing!
