Ombre hair

Ombre hair
The last couple of weeks have been so busy. I started my new job, got tattooed on Friday 13th, hung out with Nicki, Ellie and her puppy Max and have been trying to reorganise wedding stuff so we don't lose our deposits on anything.

Last week the Olympic torch came past work. I wasn't particularly fussed about it, but was so glad that I did go to see what it was going on. My work colleagues and I got the best spot.

The last two mornings have been spent at Forts cafe in Margate. Jason and I went down there yesterday morning with Seb, Ben and James, and for the first time in ages I had a full english breakfast. Forts overlooks the sea and it's so amazing, definitely recommended.

Whilst Jason was at band practice yesterday, I decided that I would try and attempt ombre hair. I've been considering it for a while, so it wasn't entirely on impulse like most decisions I make (which usually turn out to be not so good). So I bought so colour stripper and a dark blonde colour, I'm fairly happy with the result although I should have done more of the length.

Last night was Harrowed's first show in Ashford, it was cool to hang out with some of my favourite people.

This morning was spent at Forts again, this time with Jason, Dan, Ej, Jamie and Laura. I definitely need to look at what I'm eating after my ridiculous binge on unhealthy food over this weekend. After Forts we went to check out the Museum of Monstrosities in Margate old town. I think it's fair to say it was a disappointment, but definitely entertaining (not in a good way!). This afternoon has been spent clearing out our breakfast room (or parlour as it would have been called in the Victorian days) ready for it to be painted. As usual I got side tracked and ended up in the garden replanting and making diy plant pots. Hopefully by the end of this week we will be on our way to decorating the house. Finally!
